Chris was still laying in bed. He hadn’t gotten any sleep that night, sense he had been up thinking and trying to figure things out.

He sat up and looked at the door, knowing that Audrey was on the other side. He debated with himself whether to let her come in or not, but then decided that he couldnt ignore her for forever.

“It’s open.” He told her, just loud enough for her to hear.

Audrey took a deep breath and opened the door. She saw him laying down on his bed, she bit her lip and walked closer to him. He looked like he hadn’t had any sleep. “Chris.. before you jump to conclusions, I didn’t try to kill myself last night because of what happened. It was a big misunderstanding and I get that you hate me now, I just thought I was doing what was right for you. She felt like all the air was getting sucked out of the room. She wanted to shake him and make him realize how much she loved him and wondered if he still loved her, maybe it was too late.
